Refund policy
RETURNS FROM ORDERS WITH A UK DELIVERY ADDRESS
We hope you will be completely delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer a refund or replacement as long as you return it to us within 14 calendar days, unopened, unused and in its original condition.
RETURN PRODUCTS BY TRACKABLE COURIER OR ROYAL MAIL RECORDED DELIVERY
Fused by Nature does not offer free returns postage at this stage, so we advise using a tracked postage service when returning it to ensure it reaches us.
To complete your return, please contact info@fusedbynature.com, with your order number, and reason for refund or replacement.
Please ensure your parcel is sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or a trackable courier. We strongly recommend that you obtain a postage receipt from the post office with your tracking number. We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received at our studio. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. Make sure your items are securely wrapped when being returned.
To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. After we receive your products, we will inspect them and process your refund, but the shipping costs are non-refundable. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during your purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product has been opened and is not in its original state or if you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
REPLACEMENTS (IF APPLICABLE)
Fused by Nature will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have identified the fault within 14 calendar days of purchase, then we replace the product free of charge. If you need to replace the item, please contact info@fusedbynature.com with your order number and reason for replacement. We will then give you further instructions.
