DISPATCHING ORDERS

We appreciate every order placed with us and aim to dispatch within 2-5 working days of receipt.

Orders placed on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed the following Monday or Tuesday.

Please note that estimated delivery times are to be used as a general guide, as delays can sometimes occur that are outside of our control.

 

SHIPPING COSTS AND SPEED

UK standard shipping: FREE with orders over £50. Shipping on orders under £50 is charged with a flat rate of £3.95

We currently only ship to the UK mainland only.

 

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Please check your shipping address carefully before checkout. Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have provided on the order form. Once you have placed your order we are not able to change the shipping address.

 

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete, as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect/incomplete addresses.

 

Fused by Nature cannot be held responsible for delayed delivery caused by any third party, as this is outside of our control.
